Sole proprietors, partnerships, LLCs, corporations, and non-profits with a valid EIN or SSN (sole props) may open a business checking account.
Documents to bring
- Government-issued photo ID for all signers
- EIN confirmation letter or SS-4 (or SSN for sole proprietors)
- Articles of organization/incorporation or partnership agreement
- Business license, if applicable in your municipality
